A grand groundbreaking ceremony of Zhong Yuan International City was held on June 19, 2012 in Chenzhou export processing park. Owing to its significance on the improvement of the processing park and Chenzhou city as the synthesis of supporting industry and city, this city got great support from the government. Chenzhou municipal leaders, the park’s leaders and some other guests witnessed this special moment.

New Zhong Yuan Group and Lishen Real Estate Group invested 3.2 billion yuan on Zhongyuan International City to establish the biggest city synthesis in Chenzhou eastern city, which was an integrated project of residence, commerce and hotels and not just solve the problem of residence, but also activate the new district economy. Guided by the look-ahead strategic plan, the two groups took part in forging the eastern city to be new core of Chenzhou city.

As one of the key project proposals for investment, Zhong Yuan international city connected Suxian district and import-export processing park, which can propel the improvement of eastern new district and the “great Chenzhou”. Chenzhou government spokesman said in the groundbreaking ceremony :“ it is a new stage for the eastern new city with the beginning of Zhongyuan international city’s groundbreaking. It is also significant to establish the symbolic park of south Hunan undertaking industries, consummate city function and propel ‘two-oriented ’city construction.”

Zhong Yuan international city was one of the important steps of New Zhongyuan group and Lishen Real Estate Group’s national development plan. As the first project in Chenzhou, Zhongyuan international city would be constructed with perfect sorting and high quality standards and would bring totally new concepts and quality living styles for Chenzhou citizens with over 3.2 billion yuan investment.

It was learned that at the first step of the project planning, advanced design concepts, Chenzhou local cultural characteristics and Chenzhou people’s habits and customs were melted together on Zhongyuan international city, which not just focused on its practical use and comfortableness, but also on the structure, lighting, and added value and all of these would help to provide the best cost performance for clients.

Millions of city synthesis and supporting industries would be helpful for forging the new life center in the eastern new district and provide Chenzhou citizens with high levels of residential community to improve the park’s service and Chenzhou's construction.
