Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway and Beijing-HK-Macao expressway are the two main traffic channels for Yizhang county, Chenzhou city. Yizhang section of Wuhan-Guangzhou high speed railway routed via Wuling village and Yangmeishan town of Yizhang county with 18.18 kms and 4.5 million yuan total investment which completed forest plantation of 7000 mu and reserving forest of 1120 mu. Yizhang section of Beijing-HK-Macao expressway routed via Wuling village and Yuxi town with 24 kms and 503.8 million yuan total investment which finished forest plantation of 12000 mu. Both of the two lines of Yizhang section were with full greening.

The reasons for Yizhang section of the two lines to be fully covered with greening were as follows: first, Yizhang county took the first step on the main road greening work. In the continuous four turns of forest plantation projects, the main channel greening work was always placed to the first range. There were 548.8 million yuan total investment placed to 20000 mu forest plantation along the roads and channels from 2009; second, Yizhang implemented the responsibility system strictly which clarified the forest plantation task and responsible person. Some practical management system, accountability system, evaluation system, and premium or punishment system were carried out by Yizhang county; third, Yizhang county took intensified measures to guarantee the processes. Yizhang government increased the capital on the forest plantation especially for some key projects. Meanwhile, the government innovated some managerial mechanisms like large family contract and shareholder partnership to carry out the forest plantation efficiently; forth, Yizhang county government kept the scientific way to propel the greening work, which was followed by the principal of integrated profit for both ecology and economy to choose the suitable plants for different places.
