Delta Electronics which is the biggest manufacturer of charger in the world transferred from Dongguan to Chenzhou. It kept increasing the investment in Chenzhou city in recent years. Currently, the second phase of fans' products has been placed into production, and the third phase is under construction. It was estimated that 60 supporting enterprises can be introduced into the area, which would be helpful to build 20 factories and provide 50,000 job vacancies. On the process of the construction of demonstration area of undertaking industrial transfer, Chenzhou city found the correct breakthroughs and highlighted investment attraction of industrial transfer, which helped to improve the key projects construction and high-tech industry. Chenzhou city's annual increasing rate of foreign trade kept first place of Hunan province for 4 consecutive years and its processing trade volume kept first place of Hunan province for 3 consecutive years.

"Chenzhou city paid close attention on the selection of projects. The projects which cost too much resources, lacking of driving effects, and with poor expectation are not suitable for us." stated by He Jianxiang who is Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City. Chenzhou city took active actions on meeting new requirements of "one road, one belt", and focused on following 9 industries: cultural tourism industry, non-ferrous fine processing industry, modern logistics industry, fitness industry, e-commerce, mineral gem,pharmacy industry, social consumption, fine chemical mad new materials to introduce some emerging industries, modern service industry, central state-owned enterprises and strategic investors.

In recent four years, the actual use of foreign capitals and domestic capitals were amounted to USD3.573 billion and 116.788billion yuan which were 2.08times and 1.98times more than the last four-year. The foreign trade volume and processing trade volume were amounted to USD12.67 billion and USD8.48 billion which were 4.9 times and 29 times more than last four-year.
