It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investment attraction team to Shenzhen city, which was purposely to dock with the Pearl River Delta and introduce some more good projects to Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai visited and his team visited OTC Group which is the leading company of China’s tourism industry, CNBM which is the leading company of building materials of the world, and some technological and manufacturing companies. On consideration of the companies’ different requirements of investments, Qu presented different promotion solutions accordingly, which highly drew the merchants’ attention.

On his visit to OTC Group, Qu Hai focused on the promotion of Chenzhou city’s sound location, convenient transportation, and beautiful scenery. Qu said, Chenzhou city is with rich tourism resources as “one lake, one mountain, one hot spring, one hill, and one city”, so it enjoys exceptional comparative advantages on ecological tourism, cultural tourism, and tourism real estate. Qu expressed his sincere hope on working together with some leading companies as OTC. He stated that Chenzhou city would keep integrating its tourism resources on the basis of highlighting ecology, carrying forward culture, and figuring more features; would promote the implementation of “tourism+” strategy, especially on the improvement of boutique projects and tourism brands; and would promote the combination of tourism with new urbanization, culture, and ecology, integration of tourism with real estate, exhibition, and other relative industries, and gathering of ecological protection with leisure tourism, all of which are purposely to improve Chenzhou city to be a strong tourism city and upgrade tourism industry to be a 100-billion-yuan industry.

On visiting CNBM Investment Company, Qu Hai and his team members communicated with the officials of the company and reached consensus on the substantial launching of south graphite project. Qu Hai said south graphite project is close to the harvest season after years’ efforts tried by both parties. He hoped that CNBM can keep handling the top design and overall planning, try to settle the planning of Graphite Industrial Park, and ensure all the projects listed on “13th five-year plan” to be settled down in Chenzhou city; can accelerate the preliminary work of relative projects and submit the files; and can obtain more favorable polices and play the best roles of financing tools to settle the narrow-neck problem of capitals. Qu promised that Chenzhou city would open green channel for the company and provide sound services for them.

On visiting Shenzhen Rongdacaijing Technology Co., Ltd., Yuepeng Gold Co., Ltd., and JFX Tools Co., Ltd., Qu Hai mainly introduced Chenzhou city’s rich resources, sound business environment, and great potential. He expressed his sincere invitation to them. Qu hoped the elites from Chenzhou city who fought their career in other places can seize national policies on poverty alleviation, development of old revolutionary areas, “Pan- Pearl River Delta” deepening cooperation, and etc. and come back to place investment on hometown. He also hoped that they can introduce Chenzhou city to more friends and partners.

All the officials of the mentioned companies expressed their expectation to work together with Chenzhou city.

Qu Hai emphasized the project of “welcoming county fellows to place investment on hometown” should be further promoted to attract more Chenzhou merchants to come back hometown; more experience should be learned from the Pearl River Delta, especially on the improvement of administration efficiency, further cooperation between universities and enterprises, technical improvement, and etc. to improve the development of businesses.
