16 provincial level projects covered with 15.82billion yuan investments

It was learned from celebrities conference & signing ceremony of 2016 Hunan (Shanghai) Investment and Trade Week that 16 provincial projects covered with 15.82billion yuan were signed there, introducing 14.39billion yuan.

Chenzhou city signed a framework cooperation agreement and 3 projects on the ceremony.

He Jianxiang- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou Government signed the framework agreement with Changzhou Tianhe Optical Co., Ltd. From now on, Tianhe Optical would provide comprehensive solution for the demonstration project of first phase of 36 megawatt optical poverty alleviation project. It would establish real company in Chenzhou city and figure out smart energy management solution and smart monitoring platform based on market. In the meantime, it would help some public buildings and energy-consumption enterprises with direct investment, which was aimed to save one million ton coals’ energy in 3-5 years.

Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Beijing Chenzhou Enterprises Investment Company signed the contract with Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Zone. According to the agreement, Chenhzou General Aviation Academy of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics which was covered with 1.5billion yuan investment and 900mu lands would be built in Chenzhou city. Once finished, over 2000 freshmen can be enrolled into the academy every year.
Sinochem Lantian Group signed the agreement with Yizhang county. It planned to place 2billion yuan on fluorine chemical industrial chain project. Shuotian Entrepreneurship (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. reached agreement with Yongxing county. It would place 1.63billion yuan on recycling new energy project there.
