In order to improve the transportation condition and suit people’s convenience of travelling, the construction of Guiyang G234 (former S214) ring road was officially started on October 16, 2015.

It was introduced that the reconstruction project of G234 (S214) ring road of Renyi, Aoquan and Ouyang Hai sections was followed the standard of urban sub-arterial road (municipal roads). It is 7.445kms long with the designed speed of 40kms/hour. This 4-lane road of both directions is about 25meters wide paved with asphalt concrete surface. It was estimated to be finished in 2 years. The main construction work is as follow: road, irrigation and drainage, bridge and culvert, light-up, greening, security, and etc. Once this 203.5million-yuan budget investment project was finished, the transportation pressure along the road would be greatly eased and people’s transportation condition would be highly improved.
