This project is a comprehensive water conservancy project based on irrigation with flood control and hydropower generation taken into account. Since the beginning of winter, the county has increased efforts to promote the construction of water conservancy projects such as reservoir reinforcement, comprehensive river management, and agricultural irrigation projects during the dry season, to improve the safe storage, flood control, irrigation, and power generation capabilities of the reservoir and river channels.
