Chenzhou Municipal Leaders Take the Investigation Trip To Anren and Yongxing County

On May 3, 2012, General Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Xiang Lili, and Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Mayor- Qu Hai led an investigation team to visit Anren and Yongxing counties, and stated that the counties should keep better ecological protection and construction to create the national level ecological demonstration county and national cyclic economy demonstration county.
 

From 2012, Anren focused on the goal of building area center of Southeast Hunan to construct "one district and four parks", Sanyi Anren industrial parks and other cities' construction, the industry, communication projects, all of which will have Anren transformed from a remote county to a central county, from an agricultural county to an industrial county, and from a transportation blind spot to an important joint.

Focusing on the concept of "keeping steady increase, adjusting economy structure, benefiting people's livelihood, promoting social harmony", Yongxing County is estimated to accomplish GDP of 7.34 billion yuan, general financial revenue of 570 million yuan, fixed capital investment of 2.64 billion. The second section of Yuantai high concentrated sewage water smelt project in Yongxing national cyclic economy demonstration park was placed to the trial production, which will help to alleviate Xiangjiang River pollution once starting to work.

Xiang Lili affirmed the achievements of the two counties' economy. In Anren County, he pointed out that it keeps a good improvement of the county construction. Anren should speed up the Southeast central county construction to be transformed from agriculture county to industrial county; should accelerate the connection and undertaking and the step into Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan economy zone; should create a national ecological demonstration county to improve with the green ecology economy; should enhance the poverty alleviation strength to solve the poverty problem and become prosperous; and should create the new cadre mechanism to establish an advanced cadre team.

In Yongxing County, Xiang Lili stated that Yongxing's industry had stepped into a transformation period and the implementation of major changes, rectified style was to see effect. Yongxing should speed up to establish the national cyclic economy demonstration county; should accelerate the undertaking industrial transfer to realize the fully industrial transformation; should propel the construction of Chenzhou-Yongxing road to boost cities' connection; should enforce the construction of ecological environment to build the tourism county; should make better creation of social management to forge "safety Yongxing"; and should create a new cadre mechanism.

Qu Hai pointed out that Anren should propel the new style of industrialization to speed up the industry development; should accelerate the new style county construction to build new county image; should promote a modern agriculture to make better improvement of advanced agriculture and characteristic industry; should strengthen poverty alleviation to realize unified development; and should make better ecology protection to reach recycle improvement.

Qu Hai said, Yongxing should focus on becoming one of the key parts of Chenzhou economy to improve fast and realize the sustainable development; should propel new style industrialization with more strength; should enhance the urban and new rural construction to make the urban and rural area developing together; should make better ecology protection to reach the recycle improvement; and should pay more attention to safety production and the current flood control and disaster relief work for the purpose of harmonious development.
