2015 China Chenzhou “City in the forest, leisure city” International Leisure Tourism and Culture Festival would be opened one month later. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated the host place-Feitianshan Landscape on September 28, 2015 and dispatched the preparation work of the opening ceremony on site. Qu Hai required that all departments should work together to hold the festival successfully, forge Chenzhou tourism and culture brand and accelerate the development of Chenzhou tourism and culture industry.

The opening ceremony was undertaken by Suxian district. It was introduced that “Feitian- Suxian” large-scale live-action performance would be presented on the opening ceremony. Currently, 160million yuan investment, 3/4 main body of auditorium, and the infrastructure of dance stage and lights have been finished. Dresses and music have been completed as well. The actors are fighting for rehearsals.

After visiting some construction sites as east gate of Feitianshan, live-action performance site, and etc., learning the progresses of the activities and infrastructure construction, and listening to the reports of the preparation work, Qu Hai highly affirmed the preparation groups’work. He required that all departments have to try their best to present a boutique and elegant live-action by exploring Chenzhou cultural connotation and applying modern technological skills. Suxian district should enhance and accelerate the construction work scientifically to ensure all the supporting facilities to be completed with good quality. All departments should undertake relative responsibilities to serve for the activities with sound marketing and investment attraction work to ensure the festival to be carried out successfully.

Qu emphasized that the tourism projects of Feitianshan Landscape should be guided by the planning step by step; and relative supporting construction of industrial chains should be well handled on the basis of live-action performance; more strategic investors should be introduced into the project to forge high level Feitian Landscape. The National Day holiday is coming, Qu Hai required that the landscape should pay closer attention on the safety to guarantee the safe order of the tourism market.
