He Qiusheng is one of targets of accurate poverty alleviation project of Hexing village, Reshui town. In order to lift out of poverty sooner, He loaned some capitals from the bank and started to operate rural inn businesses. Thanks to the sound development of hot spring tourism of Reshui town, the rural inn business of He Jiasheng was being improved greatly. But he still had no idea of how to upgrade the services. On learning that there was training course available in the town, He registered at the first time.

Assisted with the one-week training, He and some other trainees were lectured service etiquettes, catering service and management, room service, reception service, nutrition and sanitary knowledge, sanitary operation, and other courses. They were also trained with the practices of table setting, room cleaning, service etiquettes, and etc. All of those greatly help to upgrade their service level.

In recent years, followed the guidance of the county’s development strategy of “constructing one city and three lands, promoting green rise”, Reshui town enhanced its exploration of tourism resources, construction of infrastructure, and improvement of tourism service, which helped to promote the development of local tourism. In order to upgrade the service level of tourism and adapt to the New Normal, Reshui town carried out this training course of tourism. It was purposely to upgrade the service awareness and skills of local tourism industry and promote the countryside hot spring tourism to be improved profoundly.
