The original Lyuyuan Chang’an Eco-City covers an area of 13,000 mu (about 866.7 hectares), backed by Donggang Ridge, the highest peak in the county with an altitude of 1,423 meters, and ringed by 300 mu (20 hectares) of natural Chang’an Reservoir.

 

After five years of construction, the project has taken shape, including a prosperous commercial area, an educational area, a lakeside scenic belt, a beach bathing area, as well as a paragliding base, a Wanxiang Mountain camping base and a Donggang Ridge trail which are in operation.

 

 

In view of the strategic development needs of the town, Lyuyuan signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bluetown Group, a pioneer in the development of small towns in China, to jointly build the Angel Town. 

 

This year, the Angel Town will introduce the brand of “Lyucheng Service Green Alliance”, which will comprehensively improve the service level of the town. At the same time, it will start the construction of the hot spring hotel.

 

 

Together with Lyuyuan, with the superior property quality and life service system, Bluetown will plan to build products and supporting facilities such as kindergarten, college for seniors, hot spring hotel, hot spring Chinese-style courtyard, mountain sports park, miracle farm, building a new cultural tourism town.

 

 

Rucheng is the hometown of hot springs in China, the place where the story of “half a quilt” took place, the south gate of Hunan, adjacent to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao and Ganzhou. The implementation of the Angel Town Project will promote the development of Rucheng’s cultural tourism, health care and education industries.
