A bustling scene was seen at the construction site of Cai Lun Temple project. 

The project is located in Suxian District, facing Yashi Road in the north, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Yuhou Street and the Chenjiang River. With a total planned construction area of about 300 square meters, it's an important part of the quality improvement project of Nanguanshang Historical and Cultural Street, a key project for the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference to be held in Chenzhou.
