Serving as a pivotal observatory project for the second Hunan Tourism Development Conference to be hosted in Chenzhou City, this undertaking resides within the pristine environs of Huilong Mountain Scenic Area, perched at an impressive altitude of 1,480 meters. Commencing in late March of this year, the project spans approximately 30 mu (2 hectares) and boasts a total investment exceeding 40 million yuan.

 

In its initial phase, an ensemble of 42 buildings are being meticulously constructed, with completion progress currently standing at an impressive 70%. It is anticipated to welcome its inaugural cohort of visitors by mid-August.
