Li Zhenbo, project manager of Wayaoping Ancient Village, said, “The project consists of a new homestay inn and an ancient street. The main body of the new homestay inn has been completed, and it is now under internal decoration and landscape construction of the courtyard. Over 88% of the project has been completed.”

 

 

At present, the facade of the ancient street, repair of wood structure, roadway bricklaying, and the main works of the memorial archway have been basically completed.

 

Next, as the decoration is carried out, the investment work will also be promoted. Li Jianda, deputy general manager of Hunan Chenshan Chenshui Tourism Investment and Development Co., Ltd., said, “16 businesses have settled in, 8 of which are being decorated, including many online popular stores such as Crazy Barbecues and Mangzuo.”

 

The business involves intangible cultural heritage handicrafts, folk tea art, catering snacks, and performances.
