On August 4，Xia Li, vice-president of Guohua Electric Power Corporation (controlled by Shenhua Group), led a research group to Suxian District, Yongxing County and Yizhang County in Chenzhou City to inspect the candidate sites for thermal power plant. They also exchanged views extensively with relevant departments.
　　

After inspection, Xia Li said the three sites had their own advantages and Shenhua Group, the biggest coal seller in China would carry out preliminary work without hesitation and choose the best site.
　　

Municipal leaders Xiang Shuguang and Mao Tengfei attended relevant activities. Mao Tengfei extended warm welcome to the delegation. He stressed that with fast development in economy and society, Chenzhou needs eagerly large supporting units of power sources. And departments at all levels would spare no effort to supply first-class environment and service for the project.
