Chenzhou's Three-quarter Financial Revenue Exceeds 10 Bln

The Chenzhou Municipal Department of Finance revealed that as of September 31, Chenzhou has achieved a financial revenue of 11.089 billion yuan, an increase of 43.6% compared with the same period last year. The general budget revenue reaches 6.956 billion yuan with a year-on-year growth of 44.2%. The general budget expenditure totaled 12.084 billion yuan, up by 42% over the same period of the previous year. It is for the first time that a 9-month financial revenue has exceeded 10 billion, with its growth rate ranking the top in Hunan.

Since the beginning of this year, the financial revenue of Chenzhou City has achieved high quality and high growth rate, benefiting from such strategies as building Chenzhou into "the most open city of Hunan and the a core city in the border area of Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces", constructing various projects and industrial gardens, guiding industry transformation and fostering new financial growth sources. From January to September, Chenzhou City has allocated the special fund of 190 million yuan to small and medium-sized enterprises, provided an interest subsidy of 6.58 million yuan to entrepreneurs applying for small secured loans and accomplished guarantee agency-secured loans of 137 million yuan for small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition, the financial departments at all levels have taken effective measures to strengthen tax collection and administration.
