Hunan new rural construction on-site conference will be held in Chenzhou in October. Qu Hai, Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city took an investigation on the details of the preparation work. He required that all the tasks should be focused on the beautification projects, and helpful to indicate the connotation of Chenzhou new rural construction.

Qu Hai and some municipal leaders took visits to Heping village of Suxian district, Tashui and Sanhe village of Beihu district, and Xishui Village of Guiyang County. Following the requirement of every village with its unique feature, the three counties are strengthening the working force on project construction. Qu Hai stated that environmental protection should be paid much attention during the new rural construction process.

After listening to the working reports, Qu Hai added that departments at all levels should have deeper understanding of the construction to accelerate new rural improvement and promote the integration of urban and rural areas. Because Chenzhou-Zixing-Guiyang area was the construction demonstration belt of Hunan province and new rural construction demonstration belt of Chenzhou city, it has solid foundations and high requirements on the construction. Qu also said all the departments should coordinate to meet the construction demands such as programming leadership, capitals, departments’ cooperation, social enthusiasm, new rural construction mechanism, etc.. Prior to September 10, beautification projects of buildings along the Avenue should be basically completed and before early October, the visiting village projects should be fully completed. Departments, districts and communes, village groups at all levels have to pay close attention to the implementation work, ensuring the successful completion of all the preparatory work in accordance with the established planning and responsibility, with clear targets and time frames.

Qu Hai emphasized that the illegal constructions along Chenzhou road should be strengthened to reform with stronger environmental integrated renovation, and new rural construction’s connotations be paid special attention to, such as Chenzhou new rural construction industries, social security, integrated public services, lighting-up Chenzhou etc..
