Groundbreaking ceremony of rare metal exchanges in the South was held

In order to promote the undertaking industrial transfer, Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Government kept on holding promotion conference on the key project construction of undertaking industrial transfer in Chenzhou, Hengyang, and Yongzhou on the same day of August 4, 2012. Chenzhou launched 21 key projects of undertaking industrial transfer with total investment of 22.18 billion yuan. Chen Zhaoxiong- member of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Governor of Hunan province, Liu Yuehui- Deputy secretary- general of Hunan Government, and Wu Zhixiong- Director of Hunan SASAC were presented at Chenzhou session. Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Xiang Lili attended the main session of the promotion conference in Yongzhou. Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou city- Qu Hai participated in Chenzhou session and delivered a speech there.

As the south gate and bridgehead of connecting with coastal provinces of Hunan province, there are unique advantages for Chenzhou undertaking costal industrial transfer. With the great effort of Chenzhou government to seize the chance of Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Government support on the development of undertaking industrial transfer of processing industries, Chenzhou took active actions and achieved great effects on the industrial transfer with better undertaking platform and environment. Since 2012, there were 1590 projects started in Chenzhou with an increase of 279 items, among which 185 projects achieved more than 100 million investments. Moreover, over 2000 enterprises and businessmen gathered together to take the investigation on Chenzhou, which helps attract 181 undertaking projects to settle in Chenzhou.

On August 4, 21 undertaking industrial key projects were launched at the same time. There were 6 industrial equipment manufacture projects with 8.47 billion yuan, 1 electronic information item with 600 million yuan, 4 non-ferrous fine processing and new material projects with 3 billion yuan, 2 energy and city infrastructure construction projects with 1.85 billion yuan, 1 agriculture industrialization project with 220 million yuan, and 7 modern service items with 8.04 billion yuan.

Municipal leaders Mao Tengfei, Zhong Benqiang, Chen Shezhao, Liu Guangyue, He Wenjun, Liao Yuegui, Peng Shian, Zhang Aiguo, Zhou Yingchun, and Shou Jianzhong participated in the relative activities.
