On August 7, 2012, Zhou Yingchun- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of Chenzhou Propaganda Ministry took an investigation on renovation projects of Yuhou historical cultural street and the establishment of “Gallery of Harmonious Beauty”. Zhou stated that the view of tourists should be followed to promote the project construction, upgrade culture level, forge the beauty of details and boost harmonious beauty establishment.

After visiting Jiangxi hall, ancient stage, rhinoceros well and other historical sceneries, Zhou pointed out that it was easy to attract visitors’ eyes with abustle and astir condition but difficult to retain them, so high attention should be paid to discovering more cultural relics and historic sites, consummate tourism infrastructures and cultural devices to upgrade Yuhou street’s cultural charms in the following step.

Following the target of establishing demonstration village of Chenzhou-Zixing-Guiyang two-oriented society demonstration belt, Heping village, Baixi village and Shihezi village enforced the strength on infrastructure construction and gained great improvement. On the trip to “gallery of harmonious beauty” on Chenzhou road, Zhou Yingchun investigated the villages’ construction of harmonious beauty. Zhou stated the harmonious beauty construction was a systematic project, so that all the villages should follow its construction standard with local condition for carrying out the work creatively. First, industrial development and rural cultural construction should be combined with the harmonious beauty construction to improve the infrastructure condition and upgrade new rural quality. Second, the integration of resources should be highlighted to discover more features and differences to promote the harmonious beauty construction with the view of tourists. Moreover, details such as road signs and traffic sketch maps should be paid much attention to upgrading the quality and brand in order to make people benefit more from the harmonious beauty construction.
