Working experience of Chenzhou on undertaking industrial transfer with policy support was promoted on the conference

The national policy researching conference of business system was held in Chenzhou on November 5, 2012. More than 200 delegates from Ministry of Commerce and 35 provinces and districts gathered in Chenzhou to analyze current commercial work situation in China and share experience on business system policy researches. Chenzhou city’s working experience on undertaking industrial transfer with policy support was promoted on the conference. Minister assistance of Commerce Ministry- Li Rongcan, Director of Policy Research Department of Commerce Ministry-Zhang Xiangcheng, Deputy Governor of Hunan Province- He Baoxiang, and Minister of Hunan Provincial Commerce Ministry- Xie Tinghui were present at the conference. Mao Tengfei- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee delivered a report on Chenzhou’s working experience at the meeting.

This working conference was another national level of conference held in Chenzhou city after the national exchange meeting of processing trade undertaking carrier. Both of the conferences were the ratification and encouragement for Chenzhou’s implementation of business policies and improvement of society and economy. After analyzing the current situation of national commercial work, Li Rongcan pointed out that in order to do a good job on business policy research under current situation, governments at all levels should follow the requirements of 18th Party Committee, thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, focus on the service for overall economy development, and accelerate the promotion of commercial development transformation to figure out more ideas, concepts, and suggestions with the target of providing an intellectual support for the sound and rapid development of commercial industry.

Li also required that all the governments should strengthen the study on relative trends, actively participate in business decision-making, enhance overall awareness, marketing awareness and international awareness, intensify the basic policy research skills, cultivate more professional research team, focus on infrastructure construction, improve the professional capacity and perfect the research mechanism.

He Baoxiang said, owing to the business system policy research working, Hunan province kept a sound trend of development on economy and opening up. In order to achieve a new breakthrough of “four modernizations and two orientations”, Hunan government need pay high attention to the research work and follow the conference spirit with the purpose of making commercial business work improving.

Entrusted by Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee- Xiang Lili and Mayor of Chenzhou city- Qu Hai, Mao Tengfei, the Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee delivered a working experience report on the conference. He pointed out that in the recent years, Chenzhou city has actively won more favorable policies and seized the chance of developing ahead of others. By implementing the policies, Chenzhou city forged three undertaking platforms like industrial parks, city and transportation, upgraded the traditional industry, strategic emerging industry and green industry with transformation development, and optimize the financing condition, administrative condition, work force condition and talent condition, etc..
