Li Ping- member of Chenzhou Party Committee Standing Committee and First Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City led an investigation team made up of municipal principals to check the construction of Chenyong road.

Till now, Chenyong road project has been fully carried out with total investment of 614 million yuan. Yongxing section, with 4.5 kilometers roadbed has been completed while 207.4 million yuan investment was fulfilled, and Xiakou Bridge is under construction now. Suxian section, with 2 kilometers roadbed has been fulfilled while 120 million yuan investment was completed, and the Dongjiang Bridge is on the process of construction. Zixing section, with 2.5 kilometers roadbed has been finished, and 110 million yuan was fulfilled. The non-ferrous industrial park section, with 4.6 kilometers roadbed has been completed; meantime, the road surface is under construction, and 177 million yuan was completed.

During the investigation process, Li Ping pointed out that Chenyong road was facing great pressure on the fulfillment of task currently. So, all the departments should work together to enhance the strength on the supervision and control of project quality, progress and safety, allocated with specified tasks to boost the progress.

Chenzhou municipal leaders Shou Jianzong and Liu Jianwei accompanied Li Ping during this investigation.
