Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee and First Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City- Li Ping led a team together with the principals of Chenzhou Financial Bureau, Chenzhou National Tax Bureau, Chenzhou Local Tax Bureau, etc. to visit four key tax payment enterprises of Chenzhou city on November 22, 2012. The four enterprises are Hunan Xintianling Wolfram Co., Ltd., Yunxiang Mining and Metallurgy Co., Ltd., Chenzhou Mobile, and Chenzhou Petro China. During the visit, the team carefully listened to the working reports of the principals, learned of detailed conditions of their businesses, especially the problems and difficulties hindering on the way of development, and shared the opinions with them on the further improvement.

Li Ping pointed out on the investigation that because of the downtown of domestic economy, most of the enterprises of Chenzhou city were seriously affected, which caused the unsatisfied situation of tax payment and other economy indexes. Both government and enterprises were facing such difficulties. All the departments should extend the assistance and support to the enterprises, especially to the key tax payment ones by actively communicating with the enterprises and providing the higher quality service, and help the enterprises to overcome difficulties, boost their development to reach the healthy improvement of local economy.

Concerning the difficulties and problems listed by the firms during the visit, Li Ping required that all the departments should pay closer attention to the development of the enterprises, and make full use of policies to support them. Meanwhile, the firms should further strengthen the communication with the departments to accelerate their development, enlarge the scale, increase production capacity, regulate the financial accounting, pay tax legally, and try to assist the better improvement of local economy.
