Chenzhou Commerce Chamber of Guangdong Province was formally founded on December 12, 2012. Chenzhou municipal leaders Liao Yuegui, Liu Guangming, Li Ting and Zhou Hailin were present at the founding ceremony.

It was learned that Chenzhou Commerce Chamber of Guangdong Province is the first provincial level of commerce chamber in Chenzhou city 0f Guangdong province. Currently, there are more than one million people from Chenzhou city working in Guangong province, which provides a wide talent platform for the chamber to carry out its work.

Liao Yuegui- member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Minister of Chenzhou Organization Ministry, and Minister if Chenzhou Municipal United Front Work Department made a speech on the ceremony. Liao stated Chenzhou city stands near Guangdong province, so it enables the closer social and economical communication with other places. Along with the further improvement of reform and opening up of China, especially the establishment of high speed train network, more and more Chenzhou people settled in Guangdong province and started their businesses. This good situation boosts the sound improvement of Chenzhou commerce chambers so that more branches were established in Dongguan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan and other cities of Guangdong province. All these branches contribute greatly to the region cooperation, economic development, right maintenance, etc.. The establishment of Chenzhou Commerce Chamber of Guangdong Province will play an even better role in promoting the improvement of chambers. Liao also called for more merchants to visit Chenzhou and invest in Chenzhou.
