Thanks to the upgrading management level of Chenzhou office of Changsha Customs, the registered import & export enterprises of Chenzhou city amounted to 231. Among those, there were one newly approved Class AA enterprise and eight newly approved Class A enterprises. Now there are 3 Class AA enterprises and 22 Class A enterprises available in Chenzhou city, covering all the leading import & export enterprises of Chenzhou city. 

According to a new policy issued by General Administration of Customs and Changsha Customs, the assessment standard of Class AA decreased to $0.5 million. In order to make the Class A enterprises seize the chance on time, Changsha Customs took different propaganda ways to make them well-learned about it; in the meantime, Changsha Customs tried its best to guide the enterprises to submit relative materials and helped them with favorable serving policies. Concerning the Class AA and Class A enterprises which did not meet the standards on import & export amount and cases of custom clearance, Changsha Customs kept their levels. More import & export enterprises were benefited from the optimized classification management measures and favorable policies, which helped to keep the stable increase of import & export businesses of Chenzhou city.
