Recently, “beautiful village” project opening ceremony was held in Anren county, Chenzhou city, which would be helpful for improving the villages of Anren county to be with beautiful image, good behavior, elegant county style and sound environment.

It was learned that the project should be adhered to people-oriented with the main body of farmers, integration of urban & rural areas with the overall development, sound planning with leading drive, ecological first with Anren county features, and the overall development with the main part of village. The project should be fully implemented the spirit of 18th National Congress of CPC and Anren county economic working conference to move forward to reach the development targets of “four gorgeous turn around ” and boost the construction of safe, reach, beautiful and happy Anren county.

From 2013, five central villages would be focused on the comprehensively promotion of environment condition, infrastructure construction and public service every year with two-year construction period. Meanwhile, 40 villages would be reconstructed every year focusing on village environment condition improvement with one-year construction period.
