When President of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC and her team with some principals of relative departments visited Wanhua Motor City construction site, the workers were busy in the project construction. Chen and her team members held an on-site working conference there to solve the problems hindered the way on the project improvement.

According to the plan, Wanhua Motor City would be placed with 1.8 billion to establish to be the most important auto exhibition center and thematic commercial center in South China. It was the first special auto 4S cluster project covering with 840mu areas. Till now, all lands prerequisitioned work, 457mu earthwork clearance and earth-rock engineering work have been completed. Followed by the project schedule, 0.3million square meters building areas of auto brands 4S shops would be fully started in 2013, world famous auto expo center, second hand cars trading center and investment attraction project would be finished in 2013, all of which would enable Wanhua Motor City to be built at the end of 2013. But under current situation, some problems as lands, compensation for demolition, public facilities, and so on were in urgent need to be resolved.

Chen Shezhao and her team members discussed the details with the project owners and presented some practical suggestions to accelerating the project construction speed. Chen also required that all the relative departments should provide the best service to promote the improvement of this project to ensure it can be completed on time.
