It was learned from Zixing Finance Bureau that 824 million yuan total fiscal revenue was hit in Zixing city in the first quarter of 2013, accounting 29.42% of the total annual task with an increase of 20.88%. It was ranked the first place of fiscal revenue in Chenzhou city.

Zixing government placed great efforts on project construction from the beginning of 2013 with the favorable policies on housing support, water conservancy construction, mining management, environmental protection, etc. to strive for more policy and capital support. At the meantime, it played a sound role on financial subsidies to provide some enterprises with financing channels to support their further improvement.

Furthermore, a closer revenue collection management was handled in Zixing city with strict target evaluation and motivation mechanism to ensure the fiscal revenue’s stable increase. A scientific tax collection management model was carried out in Zixing city as well to guarantee the tax income.
