When reporters arrived at Quanshui town, Rucheng county, workers were busy in handling the channel improvement work of Quanshui river channels.

As one of the key well-being projects of this town, 3.4 million yuan has been placed on the regulation work of Quanshui river in earlier years. In 2013, one million yuan more was collected to handle the channel improvement work to enhance the flood control and drought relief capacity of the river to protect people’s property.

Some special working teams were organized by the town’s government to carry out the channel improvement of Quanshui river and rural environment condition regulation. More infrastructures were installed to the villages to deal with the rubbish to avoid the secondary pollution caused by the fault rubbish treatment behaviors of the villagers. At the meantime, more trash racers and sanitary supervisors were hired to improve the sanitary work of the villages. Furthermore, specified working responsibility and effective management mechanisms were established in the town to make sure the treatment work can be handled well.
