Qu Hai required that the approval efficiency should be upgraded to promote the progress of urban infrastructure construction projects

2013 concentrate approval conference of urban infrastructure construction projects was held on June 20, 2013 in Chenzhou city. Some relative departments as planning bureau, land and resource bureau, housing bureau, reform and development bureau, environmental protection bureau, etc. were gathered together to operate the “one stop” approval. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City emphasized on the conference that the approval efficiency should be upgraded to promote the progress of urban infrastructure construction projects.

The concentrate approval issues were started at 8:40 a.m. in that day, some owners of the urban infrastructure construction projects submitted their files to the departments working windows. 34 items of 25 projects were approved within one hour which greatly satisfied the owners demand.

Qu stated that all the departments should work actively to upgrade the approval efficiency to ensure all the projects can be started on time with all the necessary documents. Some problems as relocation of tube and role lines hindered on the way of improvement of infrastructure construction should be solved at the soonest time. The construction scheduling should be accelerated to make sure all the projects can be fulfilled on time. Because it was the golden season of construction from June to October, al the departments should assist the project owners to carry out the construction issues and optimize the construction condition.
