It was learned that in June 19, 2013, the formal investment contract for Hunan Hongjin International Agricultural Products Logistic Center was signed between Beihu district and Hong Kong Wong On Group.

Dahe village of Baohe town was selected as the construction site of Hunan Hongjin International Agricultural Products Logistic Center. The total area for this logistic center was about 1000 mu with $200 million. Once it was finished, the estimated capacity of the center was about 10 million tons of agricultural products amounting over 10 billion yuan turnover. It would become a comprehensive agricultural products business center with largest scale and top facility level in south Hunan area.
