It was reported that an investment framework agreement amounting 2.65 billion yuan on an energy project was signed between Zixing city and Hunan branch of China Resources Power Investment Co., Ltd. recently. Once this project finished, Zixing city would become the first city in China without outboard motor of air conditioner. That was another new achievement for Zixing city’s investment attraction in 2013.

From the beginning of 2013, a strengthened project follow-up service was carried out in Zixing city to optimize the investment attraction condition and pay much more attention on attracting more investment for undertaking industrial transfer. Some leaders were in charge of the follow-up of projects to help to solve the problems on financing, land, removing and other issues. In this May, an annual inspection service for foreign-invested enterprises was organized by Zixing city via inviting Chenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and other 7 relative departments. With this acidity, an upgraded service system with green channel was formed in Zixing city, which greatly helped to optimize the investment and development condition of Zixing city.

Furthermore, some more innovative ways of investment attraction were handled out in Zixing city to attract more investors to visit Zixing and then settle their investment there. Till July 2, 2013, 8 news enterprises have been settled in Zixing Industrial park. 5 projects were with more than 100 million yuan funds, which helped the total contracted investment amounted to 5.38 billion yuan, up 32%.
