According to the file issued by Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, 39 enterprises were enrolled into the first circular economy pilot demonstration list of Hunan province. 6 enterprises from Chenzhou were listed there, covering 1/6 of all.

The circular economy pilot demonstration work was launched by Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission from the beginning of 2013. All the first batch enterprises submitted by cities of Hunan province were followed with detailed review for their recycling modification scheme. All of them were with big industry scale, famous popularity, sound circular economy base and strong leading role, which enabled them can handle the demonstration work well.
