In the morning of July 15, 2013, an exchange television and telephone conference of financial service for small and micro enterprises was held by the State Council. Zhang Xihui- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City and principals of some relative departments watched and listened to the conference in the sub-venue of Chenzhou.

It was required on the conference that the target for the increase of both speed and amount of the loans for small and micro enterprises should be fulfilled; more financial services should be innovated to grant for small and micro enterprises especially the credit and information service; more small financial institutions should be developed actively to expand the financing channels for small and micro enterprises and decrease their financing cost; more favorable policies should be issued on small and micro enterprises to create a sound development condition to them.

After the television and telephone conference, a detailed arrangement for further financial service work for small and micro enterprises was handled out in Chenzhou city. It was required that all the work should be followed the principal to play good role of savings and incremental capitals to make sure both the increase of speed and amount of loans. All the departments should work together to promote the financial service work of Chenzhou city with specified key points.
