The speed of Chenzhou city’s projects construction was 4.64% higher than Hunan provincial average level

It was introduced by the principal of Chenjiang river comprehensive retreatment project that the project should be finished before the end of December. In order to catch the time schedule well, a more efficient time schedule was carried out during this summer season.

According to the data, all the key projects of Chenzhou city were promoted with rapid speed, which met the half annual target set in the beginning of this year.

It was with the fastest speed on the progress of projects construction

It was learned from the key projects office that it was with the fastest speed on the progress of projects construction for the first half year. In 2013, 109 key projects with 35.6 billion yuan investment were under the plan. From January to June, 16.9 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled, covering 48.24% of the whole year’s plan. Compared with last year, the fulfillment of target and investment amount were with 6.23% and 67.33% increase respectively. This speed of projects construction was 4.64% faster than Hunan provincial average level.

It was shown according to the data that 3.63% and 5.72% more investment was fulfilled in 2013 in the first half year compared with 2011 and 2012, which was the fastest one in the three years. Thanks to this increase of investment on key projects, it played a more important role in the contribution of the economy of Chenzhou city.

Among the 62.5 billion yuan amount of fixed-asset investment in first half year, there were 16.9 billion yuan was placed on key projects, covering 27.04%.
5.369 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled on the 39 industrial projects of the 109 key projects, covering 31.76% of the whole, which was with 37.85% increase. Delta Electronics and 44 other projects with more than 500 million yuan investment were carried out fluently with a finishing rate of more than 50% which was higher than average speed of Chenzhou city.

The key reason for the high speed progress was the sound implementation

Why such rapid progress was achieved in 2013?

It was introduced by the Director of the key project office- He Huanxin that a sound project promotion mechanism was carried out in Chenzhou city in recent years. On the base of earlier measures handled out by Chenzhou city, a more specified scheduling system was figured out to follow the progress of all projects. Some problems hindered on the way of the progress of projects construction were solved in the first half year.

It was required to seize the best construction season to fulfill the annual tasks 

To fulfill the annual tasks, much more attention should be placed on the construction work of second half year, because some severe problems were still on the way of the projects construction.

According to the supervision reports issued by the key project office that some projects were far behind their construction targets and some even haven’t been launched yet.
Considering for this kind of situation, the Director stated that if followed the strong measures carried out in the first half year, all annual tasks should be fulfilled accordingly.
