Zhong Benqiang- Director of Chenzhou Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee took an investigation to Chenzhou Economy and Information Committee on July 18, 2013. Zhong stated that industrial economy should play leading role in the maintenance of the growth of economy.

Concerning for current complex situation, Zhong pointed out that the industrial system contributed greatly to the growth of Chenzhou’s economy, but there was a certain gap to meet the annual economy target set in the beginning of 2013. All the departments of Chenzhou Economy and Information Committee system should take active actions on promoting further development of the economy in next step.

Zhong said, the scientific development should be promoted on the proper growth of economy, so all the departments should focus on the increase of economy and ensure the leading role of industrial economy’s increase. Now the key points for the economy work were to enhance the development industrial park, promote the logistic industry, take active actions on solving the problems of projects, and upgrade the working style.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city accompanied Zhong with this investigation.
