Zhou Yingchun- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Ministry took an investigation on the development of “three establishments” project and meshing management of social community civilization construction in urban area. Zhou was glad to see that a much better condition for the “three establishments” with sound participation situation of citizens was formed in Chenzhou city.

Zhou highly affirmed the propaganda work handled out by the departments and communities after visiting the cartoon gallery of Yanbei community, national customs window of Suxianling street, propaganda gallery of Qingnian avenue, etc.. She required that all the relative departments should pay attention to protect the propaganda walls well to make sure all can reach the best propaganda effect.

During Zhou’s investigation on the meshing management of social community civilization construction handled in Dongfeng social community and Yangjiaping social community, she required that better mechanism and more specified responsibility distribution should be carried out to further improve the social community work and establish new pattern of civilized city.

Zhou also checked the community service center for elderly home care in Guimenling, Tangjianshan section of martyr memorial park, Fuyuan road and other projects’ construction sites during her investigation.
