Three rules for the investment promotion activity were listed by Xiang Lili

Mobilization meeting for month of investment promotion activity was held in Chenzhou city on July 31, 2013. The key regions as Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, west coast etc. and targets as world’s top 500 and domestic top 100 for this activity were set on the conference.

Concerning for this activity, all departments should handle out the different investment attraction measures on the basis of the achievements reached in Shenzhen Investment Promotion and “Hong Kong Week” in first half year. All the measures should be focused on industrial chain, industrial park, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other foreign investment projects, and modern service industry to accelerate the development of national, provincial and industrial parks. All the counties and industrial parks should explore a series key investment attraction projects with fine business plans to release on the key regions in this month and try to reach some agreements to settle some projects down in Chenzhou city. It was introduced that more than 100 projects with over 20 billion yuan contract investment was expected to be achieved during this month.

Liao Yuegui-Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Minister of Chenzhou Municipal Propaganda Ministry and Director of Chenzhou Municipal United Front Work Department hosted the conference and delivered the “three rules” for the investment promotion activity listed by Xiang Lili. First rule- professional investment attraction team should be formed to handle the promotion issues with specified targets and try to reach agreements. Second rule- the investment promotion activity should be carried out on the basis that the potential projects were feasible. It was forbidden to travel around or visit friends in the name of investment attraction. Third rule, more strict assessment should be carried out for the activities of this month to enforce the scheduling and supervision of the investment promotion and the settlement of projects.

Zhang Xihui- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City deployed the investment promotion work. Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
