The scientific projects helped to promote Chenzhou city’s economic development

When reporters arrived at some export enterprises of silver in Chenzhou city, workers were busy in processing of silver products in the workshops. It was introduced by some principals of projects that a scientific technology winning national support was applied to the processing procedure.

This national support technology was named“research and industrialization of key technology for high efficient and clean recycling of silver”which was undertaken by Xiongfeng Rare Silver Co., Ltd. and Jingui Silver Co., Ltd. It was listed in the national technology support plan with the special financial funds and past the assessment handled out by the Ministry of Science and Technology. With the help of this technology, breakthroughs for the silver production of Chenzhou city were achieved in Chenzhou city, especially for the export of silver products. According to the statistic, 3.445 million tons of silver products were exported from Chenzhou city in the first half year of 2013, ranking the first place of the exportation of Chenzhou city.

In recent years, Chenzhou city placed much more attention on the construction of science and technology projects to enhance the industrial development. A number of projects were successfully listed in national and provincial ministry of science and technology’s plan.

More scientific and technological achievements were transfer to the productive force, which greatly helped to increase the output value of relative projects. Chenzhou high-tech industrial park was approved as Hunan provincial demonstration base of transformation of scientific and technological achievements by Hunan Provincial Ministry of Science and Technology. Till now, 495 patents have been authorized to Chenzhou city’s projects with an increase of 172%, ranking the first place of Hunan province.
