Xiang Lili investigated Zixing city for project construction

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated Zixing city on August 14, 2013. Xiang emphasized that development was the key concern for all the issues. In order to promote the development, all the departments should focus on the project construction to promote the real economy’s development and create better comprehensive condition.

Xiang and his investigation team visited Dongjiang lake, Jiangbei industrial park and fifth Zixing industrial park to check the details of project construction. Dongjiang Doulv island, small Dongjiang river, Hunan Hongtong non-ferrous exchange center, and some other projects handled in Zixing city achieved with great development. Xiang highly affirmed the project construction work handled by Zixing city. He said with the enhanced measures for promoting projects construction, Zixing city was with a better development condition now which would help to upgrade its further development speed and quality.

Xiang stated that all departments should follow the spirit listed by the central and Hunan provincial government. Everything should be improved on the basis of development. Though there were some achievements reached on the promotion of development, it was still with some problems there. More projects were required for supporting the development to fulfill the annual fixed asset investment plan.

Xiang said, industrial project construction was the key point for all project construction issues. Only with the industrial development can the coordinated development of regions be more powerful. To promote the industrial development, all the departments should focus on the development of real economy especially industry, agricultural, modern service industry, undertaking industrial transfer, etc..

Xiang emphasized that all development should be on the basis of the improvement of environment which was the key competitiveness for one region. The comprehensive environment as city image, working style and efficiency, ecological environment, and others were with great importance for the promotion of Chenzhou’s further development.
