Liu Hesheng- Deputy Director of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Chenzhou Industrial Development Zone on September 6, 2013 and hosted an on-site working conference there. It was purposely to learn the progress of some key projects of Chenzhou city and help to solve some problems accordingly.

A working report concerned for key projects of the second half year was delivered by Chenzhou Industrial Development Zone. “Overall planning program of Chenzhou Industrial Development Zone” was past the preliminary review days earlier by Chenzhou Municipal Bureau for Urban Planning. It would be submitted to Chenzhou Municipal Planning Commission for further approval and issued to implementation. Some other projects as Shigaitang road network construction, Yuxiang east road and Kangzhuang avenue project, Aomeisen project, upgrading project of high-tech park in south Xiangjiang river, application preparation for national economical development zone, etc. were under time schedule.

“Now the key problem restricting further development of high-tech park in south Xiangjiang river is water supply. Aomeisen project, promotion of construction of standard workshops, and other issues were affected greatly by this problem.”some projects principals strongly pointed out this problem and communicated with Chenzhou Water Supply Company. It was promised to solve the water supply problem for Changchong area before September 30, 2013.

Liu highly affirmed the work handled out by the departments to promote the development of Chenzhou Industrial Development Zone. Concerning for the problems hindered on the way of its further improvement, more efforts should be placed to solve them sooner with more specified working plan. Some key projects should be promoted with faster speed. Furthermore, enhanced leadership and support should be placed on the zone to ensure its fluent development.
