It was learned from Bianjiang town, Yongxing county, Chenzhou city that followed with the adjustment of industrial structure policy, the town tried their best to implement the upgrading of modern agriculture plan by enhanced technological promotion, government guidance, favorable policies, demonstrations construction, etc.. Recently, 3 million yuan was invested on a green ecology vegetable base which was a municipal well-being demonstration project and vegetable basket project.

With the addition of newly transferred 200mu land, the vegetable base was expanded to more than 600mu currently, covering 31 greenhouses in Shiping village. The key products of this base were pollution-free season and out-of-season vegetables, which would be supplied to the supermarkets of Yongxing county. It was introduced that the supermarkets signed the contract with the base to sale the vegetables at state fixed prices. According to the data, thousands of such green vegetables were sold out every day in the supermarkets.
