Xiang Lili took investigation in Linwu county

Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated Linwu county on September 23, 2013 and stated that development is everything, so all the departments of Linwu county should seize the chance of sound development trend to accelerate the scientific development with Linwu county’s unique feature.

Xiang Lili and his investigation team visited Yingbin Square, Lingfeng Logistic, Xiangfeng Construction Material, and some other key economical and social development projects of Linwu county to learn the detailed construction condition of the key projects and agricultural industrialization projects of the county.

Zhengbang pig breeding project was invested by Jiangxi Zhengbang Group, which mainly focused on boars cultivation, breeding, deep processing, feed processing, fruit nurseries, biogas energy, and other industries development. It was planned to build 7-10 big scale farms, one feed factory with annual production capacity of 0.24 million tons, and one meat processing factory with capacity of 10,000 tons. According to the plan, the mentioned project would be carried out by three phases. Till now, some preliminary work as flower pond, tea plantation base, workshops, etc. have been established. Xiang said, due to the sound natural resource condition, it was good for Linwu county to improve its characteristic agricultural industries. It should be followed with high level planning to form more famous brands nationwide and promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry accordingly. At the meantime, more innovative mechanisms should be carried out in the county to assist the agricultural industrialization development and improve Linwu county’s special style accordingly.

Xiang Lili visited Linwu Yapingrun breeding base in 2012 and asked to forge the base to be a five-star high level leisure villa. What about its current condition now? When Xiang arrived there this time, a modern and featured agricultural villa where can enjoy leisure life, sightseeing, and travel has been established. Besides that, the projects of Linwu industrial park were handled out rapidly. Xiang required that all the projects should be promoted faster and try to be finished sooner to start production.

Xiang encouraged all the departments to conquer the problems with more confidence by seizing the chance of sound development trend and encouraged them to accelerate the development to assist whole Chenzhou city’s development. Xiang also required that enhanced and innovative social management measures should be carried out to upgrade the well-being condition and solve the social contradictions to ensure the stability of society.
