60 enterprises from some industrial parks of Chenzhou city signed the cooperation contract with 7 vocational institutes

Just less than half an hour discussion with some principals of enterprises from industrial parks, Chenzhou Vocational Technical Institute signed cooperation contracts with some enterprises of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park and Chenzhou Economical Development Zone. The Vice-president of the institute- Lu Yutao was surprised to reach this fantastic effect on this discussion.

In recent years, Chenzhou Vocational Technical Institute played much more attention to improve its service for local economical development and industrial parks’ enterprises, but due to the limited contacts and communications with the enterprises, the cooperation was still restricted in limited areas. Lu said: “the key point caused for such situation was for lacking of government’s promotion and support. It was with limited effect by just communicating with the enterprises by the institute itself. ”

Concerned for the enterprises, they also faced some other problems especially on the technician talents. They handled some cooperation with institutes in earlier days, but because of limited understanding for the majors of the institutes, they failed to hire the suitable technicians from the graduates of the institutes.

On the signing activity between enterprises and institutes on September 23, 2013, over 60 enterprises signed the cooperation contracts with some institutes with the help of some departments. According to the contracts, in following 5 years, enterprises and institutes would work together on the researches, scientific research base, cultivation of talents, communication, service, etc. to reach win-win profit for both parties.
