2013 Hunan Economic Cooperation Conference & Hunan Commerce Convention was held in Zhuzhou city on September 26, 2013. During this conference, Zhang Xihui- Deputy Mayor of Chenzhou City led a delegation to discuss the business details with businessmen of Chenzhou city.

Most of the businessmen expressed their willing to come back hometown to place investment for they quite aware of their identities as Chenzhou people. On the other hand, most of them were surprised to find the rapid development of Chenzhou city in recent years, which encouraged their confidence to come back and win the business in hometown.

Zhang Xihui stated that Chenzhou government would keep paying high attention on the development of the commerce chambers in other cities. She sincerely hoped that all the commerce chambers nationwide could communicate with each other closer in future to forge a new platform for investment attraction.
