Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee visited Beihu district for the investigation of “one-hundred-day project” of key projects, which greatly promote the further construction of the key projects in Chenzhou city. Xiang emphasized that much more attention should be placed on fulfilling the target, enhancing leadership, promoting cooperation, improving scheduling, upgrading investment and intensifying assessment to make sure the “one-hundred-day project” for the promotion of key projects to be carried out well.

It was introduced that from the beginning of 2013, 7.8 billion yuan investment has been placed on over 100 projects in Beihu district. Constructions on some industrial areas and professional markets were promoted rapidly. Besides those, 758 million yuan has been placed on the infrastructure construction of X090 line, Nanling avenue south section and other roads. Xiang went to some construction sites for the above projects and learned the detailed progress of the projects accordingly.

“Any problems hindered on your way of construction?” Xiang asked the principals of the projects everywhere he arrived at. After learning the difficulties as land, plan and approval for Wanhua auto city project, Xiang held an on-site working conference with the principals of relative departments to figure out the solutions immediately. The principal of Wanhua auto city could not help stopping to express their more confidence to fulfill the “one-hundred-day project” target with such strong supports. Xiang specified the time schedule for all the projects when he visited their construction sites and required all the projects should be promoted on the basis of the ready plan and should be fulfilled on time or even ahead of time schedule.

Xiang also talked to the principal of Beihu district that different industries as urban infrastructure, industrial, logistic, real estate, etc. were covered in Beihu district’s “one-hundred-day project”, which would be significant to the economical transformation and adjustment of industrial restructure of the district and even to the long and lasting development of Chenzhou city. On this point, all the key projects should be promoted rapidly with the great force of the project to realize the sound and rapid development. Xiang also stated that Beihu district and Suxian district played important roles in Chenzhou city’s “one-hundred-day project”, which need to be placed much more attention to and promoted better than others.

Xiang also emphasized that it was a hurry and heavy task for the “one-hundred-day project”. Currently, it was the best construction season, so more efforts should be tried during this period to fulfill the targets well. Enhanced tasks should be figured out for every project to make sure all could be finished on time with good quality. More specified leadership should be handled for all the projects. Further coordination should be taken to all the projects to solve the problems on time. Enhanced scheduling should be handled out well to provide the projects with best service. Upgrading investment should be attracted to place to the projects. Furthermore, more strict assessment should be handled out with specified punishment and awards for the projects’ promotion of the departments and individuals.
