It was reported that Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee investigated Beihu district and Chenzhou Economical Development Zone to check their work on “one-hundred-day campaign” of key projects and help to solve the problems accordingly. After checking the progress for some of the key projects of the district and the zone, Liu required that all the departments should help to create the sound environment for the enterprises to improve the development and carry out the campaign well.

The key points concerned by Liu Hesheng during his investigation were the projects’ progress, construction condition and time schedule of fulfillment for operation. Some projects as the second phase of Jinhuang logistic, Xintianling tungsten industry, main work on Xilinggou tailings, Aomeisen industrial park, and others were followed with the schedule well.

Yuxiang east road and Kangzhuang avenue were planned to start construction within 2013 by Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. Some preliminary workings as the measurement and survey for the roads and confirmation for construction investors and teams have been finished.

Liu highly affirmed all the work handled out by Beihu district and Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and pointed out that it was a golden season for the projects construction currently, so more specified schedule should be figured out to promote the projects to be fulfilled on time with good quality. Concerned for the problems hindered on the way of the construction, Liu placed the instruction to relative departments immediately on site and asked them to solve it at the soonest time.
