“Yizhang county should seize the chance to accelerate its development and try best to improve it as one of the important poles of the ‘great cross’ town of Chenzigui-Chenyongyi.”said Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee when he investigated key projects and small town in Yizhang county.

It was a nice journey to find the rapid development of Yizhang county on infrastructure projects construction, industrial projects, small town construction, ecological villa, transportation projects and new rural construction. Followed with the idea of new style urbanization, classification guidance and overall promotion, upgraded infrastructure construction and forceful promotion on the construction of central towns, special towns, central villages and demonstration villages were carried out well in Yizhang county. A new model for the balance development of overall development of urban and rural areas and the improvement of environment condition was promoted comprehensively in the county. Compared with earlier time’s disordered condition, Yizhang county was improved with a totally new and tidy county.

Xiang highly affirmed the achievements reached by Yizhang county. In recent years, Yizhang county took active actions on following the development strategy of the “great cross” town cluster, so great effects were achieved on the projects construction, industrial development, overall development of urban and rural areas, working style rectification, etc.
Xiang pointed out that along with the accelerated construction of Chenyong avenue and retreatment for Chenzhou-Yizhang section of Jinggangao expressway, the“great cross” town cluster of Chenzigui-Chenyongyi has been formed currently. On this point, Yizhang county should try to seize the great chances of undertaking industrial transfer, new style urbanization and overall development of urban and rural areas to accelerate its further development and improve to be one of the important poles of this town cluster. At the meantime, further improvement should be carried out on opening mind, rectifying working style, playing location advantages and industrial advantages, undertaking industrial transfer, developing new style urbanization, upgrading overall development of urban and rural areas, etc. All the efforts were purposely to improve Yizhang county to be a livable county with sound development condition.
