In order to further stimulate the “one-hundred-day campaign” on key projects construction, Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated some key projects’ construction sites. The owners and construction units of Taoyuan reservoir project, Guiyang logistic center project, upgrading and transformation of Leiyi expressway project and other projects were required to accelerate the construction speed to fulfill the projects on time with high quality.

The first stop for Qu Hai’s investigation trip was Taoyuan reservoir in Guiyang county. It was introduced that it was designed with total storage capacity of 15.12 million cubic meters and normal pool level of 388 meters. According to the time schedule it would be finished within 28 months with the total 418 million yuan investment. Once finished, it is capable to irrigate 0.103 million mu areas. Qu required that all the preliminary work should be carried out well especially on the bidding issues and placement of immigrants. The construction work should try to be started at the end of this November and finished in the first half year of 2016.

Concerning for Guiyang logistic center, it covered with 507 mu total land area and 0.6 million square meters gross floor area. Till now, 260 million yuan investment has been finished for this project, and all the construction issues were followed with the time schedule well.

Concerning for the upgrading and transformation project of Leiyi expressway project, 1.239 billion yuan investment has been fulfilled on its main project, covering 65% of the investment budget. It was introduced that the southward section of this project has been done on August 26, 2013 and all the workers were fighting for the northward part to try to finish it on November 8, 2013. If so, the expressway can be opened to public in the middle of this November. After checking some relative areas concerned for the project, Qu required that all the departments and relative counties should try to provide the best service for this project construction to make sure its fulfillment on time.

Qu also emphasized that the project leaders and units should go to the construction site to check the progress of the projects and help to solve the problems at the first time. Only followed with this way, the project can be fulfilled with high quality.
