It was reported that the 16th Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee Meeting was held on Oct. 17, 2013. It was mainly for expressing the spirits of some important conferences and discussing key issues of Chenzhou city under current situation. It was required on the conference that it should be focused on the fulfillment of annual targets to handle relative workings to make sure tasks to be finished on time. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the conference, and members of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee attended the conference.

General Secretary of CCP- Xi Jinping’s speech delivered in the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, which was concerned for current economical condition and work was studied carefully in the 16th Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee Meeting. It was required to study well for this speech which was with scientific analysis of current economic condition, micro policies and specified working requirements and promote Chenzhou city’s fast and sound social and economic development on the basis of Chenzhou city’s practical condition.

A working conference was held by Hunan Government on Oct. 8, 2013 to analyze current economic condition, arrange the fourth quarter’s working details, study the further enhancement of projects construction issues, etc. This working conference’s spirit was expressed at the 16th Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee Meeting and some work was deployed accordingly there. It was pointed out that Chenzhou city was under a sound economic development condition in the third quarter, better work should be handled in the fourth quarter to make sure all the targets to be fulfilled on time.

It was required on the conference that more attention should be highlighted on the key projects construction to promote the “one-hundred-day” campaign and improve other work accordingly. Better work should be handled out to solve the problems hindered on the way of the projects construction, specified working responsibility system should be figured out, new year planning should be worked out on the basis of good analysis of policies and other issues were required on the conference.

Working reports concerned for the safe Chenzhou construction, mass work, safe production, etc. were delivered on the conference. It was required that all the departments should pay high attention on the work mentioned above.
