Note on the construction of Hongguang logistic center project

When reporters arrived at the construction site of Hongguang logistic center project in Tianjiawan village, Suxian district on October 31, 2013, workers were busy with the construction issues there. It was introduced that some work concerned for water and electricity supply, road construction and land leveling, etc. have been completed. Reporters were surprised to find that this modern logistic center was with huge scale for they can’t view the whole image of the center when the stepped on the top of one mountain near the construction site.

It was introduced that the construction land of Hongguang logistic project was 300mu, 170mu of which was for first phase and rest for second phase. Currently, workers were busy with the first phase which was estimated to be finished in next August with budget investment of 300 million yuan. Till now, more than 90 million yuan has been finished in the first phase. According to the time schedule, logistic information center, logistic information center, logistic warehouse, constant temperature and humidity ware house, and etc. would be completed in the first phase. The estimated construction area for first phase was about 0.15 million square meters.

Huang Guobiao- General Manager of Hongguang Logistic Co., Ltd. said to the reporters that all workers were working hard to build a first-class logistic center of Chenzhou city. It was purposely to solve the logistic difficulties hindered on the way of further development of Chenzhou city, especially the information communication with other cities. Huang stated that modern logistic was knee on information logistic. Once the logistic information center placed to operation, logistic information of different places would be integrated well to decrease the logistic cost bared by enterprises and optimize Chenzhou city’s logistic market. It would be with a more regulated and efficient logistic market in Chenzhou city in near future.

Huang highly appraised that construction condition supported by Aoshang town that all the preliminary work as land acquisition, removing, and etc. were carried out rapidly, which greatly ensured the project to be promoted under time schedule.
